The Reds completed the three-game sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers today, finishing off their homestand at 8-2. After the dramatic comeback against the Diamondbacks to split the series, the Reds took it to the Brewers and outplayed them. They held the Brewers to 4 runs in all and scored 11. Nothing the Reds did seemed overwhelming dominant except for Chapman in his two save appearances.
One of my favorite players of all time, Barry Larkin, was inducted to the Hall of Fame today. Listening to his stories and what people had to say about him was amazing. Larkin truly lived the dream; he grew up in Cincinnati as a Reds fan and played for his favorite team for 19 years.
